GISTDA, AIRBUS and NIA host the “Sky Economy” seminar to discuss the future of Thailand Aerospace Industry at “Startup Thailand 2018”
On 18 May, 2018, as one of the breakout session of “Startup Thailand 2018”at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA), AIRBUS and National Innovation Agency (NIA) is hosting the “Sky Economy” seminar with several experts and senior management from AIRBUS and GISTDA including Mr. Pierre Jaffre President Asia-Pasific, Airbus Group, Dr. Cyrille Schwob Head of Technology in APAC at AIRBUS and Dr. Nattawat Hongkarnjanakul, Acting Head Of Space Innovation Collaboration at GISTDA. Together, the speakers will showcase examples of success in the region as well as discuss the visions of the government and the industry as well as illustrate the potential growth of the aerospace industry in the coming years. The seminar shall also discuss how the government and the industry can and will support new Start-ups in Thailand and how it will ensure sustainability and innovativeness of the aerospace sectors.
